About the publication

The report describes the international evaluation of ECMI carried out in the second half of 2001, including a presentation of the assessments and recommendations of the evaluation board.

The evaluation was conducted in accordance with the Interdepartmental Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Kingdom of Denmark and with the wishes of the Founding Fathers.
